Like yesterday’s case here, those who abuse positions of trust and authority to commit sex offences should expect to have the book thrown at them. But unlike what we saw during the #PEPTJudgment, Judge Tracy Lloyd-Clarke is shown reading her decision.

While Injustice Tsammani and his league of rogue INjustices ruled the #PEPTJudgment on basis of Technicalities, Judge Nancy Maldonado ruled against Tinubu on merit. Two judicial systems, two standards. Nigerian judicial system is full of corrupt judges. Pathetic!

H.E @Atiku Abubakar has filed 35 Grounds of Appeal Against the #PEPTJudgment At The Supreme Court today. @Atiku through his lead counsel, Chief Chris Uche SAN accused the justice Tsammani-led presidential election tribunal of reaching its unanimous decision based on absolute misconstruction and misrepresentation/interpretation of provisions of the 1999 Constitution, as amended, and the Electoral Act, 2022. Me: Even little children in our street knew that the Tsammani-led tribunal deliberately boggled our case to give Bola Tinubu a safe landing. The battle isn't over.

This poem is inspired by the recent ruling of the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal (PEPT) on the conduct of the 2023 Presidential Elections. I'm convinced it expresses the emotions of millions of Nigerians at this time. #poetry #writing #PeptJudgment #Obidients

This one will be called just judgement cos it favour LP. Nigerians turn hypocrites when the judgement isn't on their side. That doesn't give room to say that #Peptjudgment is fair.

**"The Fashola Controversy: An Examination of the Watermark Issue and Its Implications"** Nigeria finds itself embroiled in yet another controversy, this time surrounding an alleged watermark associated with "Tinubu's Presidential Campaign Legal Team" and the purported involvement of a prominent figure, Fashola. The authenticity of the watermark in question is of paramount importance. Given the technological advances in forgery, only a meticulous examination by document or forensic analysts can ascertain the legitimacy of the watermark. This would involve using specialized equipment and techniques to discern whether the watermark was original or superimposed. The implications of this analysis are profound. If the watermark is ascertained to be forged, the culprits behind this act could face severe legal consequences for falsification. Conversely, if the watermark is proven genuine, this opens up a Pandora's box of questions concerning the operations and intentions of the legal team that used it. The Alleged Role of Fashola: Fashola, a prominent figure in Nigerian politics, has been dragged into the eye of this storm. The role of journalists becomes vital now, more than ever. Their task will be to dissect, cross-reference, and verify claims related to Fashola's involvement, ensuring no stone is left unturned. Any official communication from Fashola or his representatives would shed light on the matter. In such delicate situations, the words of the alleged play a substantial role in shaping public opinion. Calls for a comprehensive police investigation into the matter have grown louder. Observers and the general public will be keeping a keen eye on updates, relying on credible news sources and official statements to navigate through the sea of speculation. The very foundation of democracy rests on the belief in a fair judicial system. For justice to prevail, judges must remain uninfluenced and independent. Any claims suggesting otherwise threaten the democratic fabric. Doubts raised about the judgement's originality and intentions can't be ignored. If these apprehensions hold water, it underscores the necessity for an in-depth investigation. It is the duty of esteemed legal bodies, like the bar association, to intervene in such matters, safeguarding the sanctity and integrity of the legal process. The digital age, while a boon, often becomes a bane due to the rampant spread of misinformation. It is essential to empower the public with the skills to differentiate between credible information and fake news. Democracy isn't a spectator sport. Citizens have the onus of ensuring transparency and demanding accountability. This incident serves as a reminder of the collective responsibility we all bear. In such tumultuous times, vigilance is the price of liberty. Every citizen must critically assess and cross-reference information before forming opinions or sharing it. This controversy surrounding Fashola and the alleged watermark underscores the fragile nature of public trust and the imperative need for transparency in every democratic setup. It is only through critical examination, reliance on credible sources, and public participation can the truth be unearthed and justice served. The coming days are crucial, not only for the figures involved but for the entire Nigerian democratic structure. #TakeBackNigeria #September12Redemption #NigeriaBelongstoNigerians #PEPTJudgment #JudiciaryDefendTheConstitution

What justice Tsammani and his team have done on the 6th of September was a clear case of judicial mischief and a violent rape and defilement of our 1999 constitution. The law is clear on the issue of 25% in FCT. There is no emotion. If you don't like it, then section 134(2b) should be amended alongside section 3(1). Section 299 of "as if" can never displace the clear, plain, and emphatic position of 134(2b) and 3(1). The #PEPTJudgment will not stand except the Supreme Court want to complete the job of destroying our electoral system. #WhoWrotePEPTJudgement
It is no longer news that the Nigerian constitution was violently attacked and butchered in the most inhumane manner by “Justice” Tsammani-led panel. It is a pity. Reading through his judgment as it relates to the issue of 25% in FCT and certificate forgery, I kept shaking my head wondering why the God of Thunder chose to go on a vacation when there were lots of jobs to do on Wednesday 6th of September. How could Tsammani look people in the eye and say Nigeria has 37 states and the presidential candidate is only required to score 25% in 37 states? How? Which 37 states? Where are 37 states clearly written in the Constitution? The constitution in this respect is extremely clear even to primary school children. Nigeria has only 36 states unambiguously listed boldly so that the blind and judges who would pretend to be blind could also see it in sec 3(1) of the 1999 constitution. The word “AND” in section 134(2b) was the contentious word on the issue of 25% in FCT. The argument about that section was whether the word “AND” is conjunctive or disjunctive; and whether it entails that the adjoining condition "AND the FCT" is mandatory for a return to be made. The word “AND” has been interpreted by the Supreme Court and the petitioners stated it in bold letters and in caps and, in some cases, underlined for emphasis to draw the attention of Mr. Tsammani. The petitioners even stated precedence set by the Supreme Court, but since dueling on the word “AND” would be counterproductive to the paymaster, Mr. Teammani completely ignored it and was busy rigmaroling, dishing out irrelevancies and making conclusions based on his view. Check the #PEPTJudgment, and you will not find any single place where Mr. Tsammani made an attempt to define the contentious word "AND" the FCT as stated in section 134(2b). He deliberately ignored that argument which had already been settled by the Supreme Court. In addition, the fact that Tsammani could not read what he would claim he wrote by himself simply means that the boring judgment was written by someone. This could be the only explanation for that stammering, struggling to pronounce words, and stuttering while reading the judgment. In fact, the entirety of the 6th of September judgment shows clearly the hand of Esau but the voice of Jacob. I do hope, and I believe that the Supreme Court will right the wrong done at the presidential tribunal.
