Most English Trusts now have IMS, @ a minimum Ward Inventory Controllers & many have invested in (@ Tory behest) in PLICs.
After PIP (Poly Implant Prothèse) scandal serial numbers are recorded for actual implants >£££
You can't evidence a problem, so you assume, there's a problem

Oui. Seules les femmes décident. Il y a eu l'histoire de l'abaya, celle du voile revient régulièrement à Paris je n'en vois pas tellement et ça ne me gêne aucunement. Par contre les fachos décomplexés qui font des ratonnades (en général des plics dans l'impunité)ça m fait gerber
