The 4th Problem Management Plus (PM ) training is empowering a new group of psychologists from Ukraine’s Ministry of Internal Affairs. Through United Help Ukraine’s REBOOT initiative, 20 psychologists and social support specialists from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine are completing PM training, gaining practical tools to help people across Ukraine cope with stress, trauma, and daily challenges. The training course includes: • a 5-day in-person seminar • 13 individual and 3 group supervision sessions conducted by certified trainers After successfully completing the program, counselors will receive a World Health Organization certificate and will be able to independently provide psychological support using the PM methodology. These specialists serve within the National Police, Border Guard Service, State Emergency Service, and National Guard. Many work on the frontlines and later support veterans and their families, making this training a powerful step toward strengthening mental health care across Ukraine.
