Our group's latest work appears in @J_A_C_S. We use a 5d metal🔽 to regiospecifically ring expand 6⃣-membered ring to 7⃣- membered product. This reaction mimics an enzymatic oxygenase, using only O2/light 🍃as the only inputs.
