The only way to satisfy South India's demands is to move a ton of items down to the state list, and let each state keep more of it's own taxes. Then you can have your delimitation.
DAY 131, MASK 1 | MARCH 15, 2026
Mu Kingdom Administrator Mask
From the high-altitude valleys of northwestern Yunnan emerged the administrator whose refined political authority sustained the Mu Kingdom and enabled extraordinary Naxi cultural flourishing. The Mu Kingdom (1271-1723) represents the most significant period of Naxi political autonomy in documented history. Not simple local governance. Sophisticated diplomatic mastery requiring balanced relationships with Chinese imperial authority, Tibetan Buddhist hierarchies, and community cultural needs.
This mask testifies: administration represents legitimate political authority enabling community flourishing. Governance expertise isn't authoritarian control. It's refined understanding of political relationships enabling cultural patronage and artistic development. Naxi communities deliberately preserve this governance memory through administrative consciousness and cultural continuity.
"In the beginning heaven and earth comingled. The god Dduq and the goddess Seiq had not yet given order to things. Trees could walk and rocks could talk."

Most foolish cartoon ever. If you have to have a space scientist at the helm of Science and Technology, someone with a Hindi-litrature background "crossing all these hurdles" - makes ZERO sense. Such people have to come laterally.
Where is common sense? (For the cartoonist, as well as the govt that failed to implement a useful rule?)
I guess these civil service exams are totally screwed up. It is going from bad to worse.
Finally! Union cabinet approves two corridors of Bengaluru Metro's Phase-3.
1. Corridor-1 from JP Nagar 4th Phase to Kempapura with 21 stations.
2. Corridor-2 from Hosahalli to Kadabagere with 9 stations

Karnataka government is looking to import 2 lakh vials of Remdesivir directly but needs Centre's approval to go ahead and procure from abroad. Health minister @mla_sudhakar says State is seeking Centre's approval for the same.
A letter of appeal to the PM Narendra Modi, regarding giving the purchasing and distribution authority of remdesevir and other essentials to the states. @PMOIndia
Delhi Govt wanted to know whether any private industry will be in a position to donate oxygen to Delhi Hospitals, Centre intervenes saying “if it is allowed, every state will start to ‘persuade’ in their own ‘means’ these private industries. It has to be centrally handled”
The overwhelming control of the Centre, and the states' dependence on it for even emergency responses shows how much the states have given up their space for governance. They will remain weak until they get back some ability to act with autonomy on many issues.
