@united just had a terrible experience at SFO. United flight late out of Burbank, missed a transfer. Stewards didn’t have info, service desk told me & elderly man to run to a flight that was miles away and closer. Poorform, tech/logistics incompetence. Staff left w broken system

Nice of our volunteers to walk into this today, absolutely no class at all! Boot cleaning stations outside nah rather wash em in the showers, folk work so hard for no financial gain to come to this. Always say don’t mind mud and don’t brush as it drags but the rest..embarrassing
