It is finally time to tackle the positioning guide for @FaenoraVerse Positioning in Hunt Mode and Wildlands of Faenora Hunt mode and Wildlands of Faenora use a grid-based battle system with 3 rows of 3 squares, meaning there are 9 total squares to position your 6 units in. If you plan on running at least two knights, you will always want units next to and directly behind them to benefit from their ability. Check out the knight guide I wrote here (x.com/BkrummsE/status/195240…). So, since we want units to be directly by the knights, it makes positioning like 3 units in the front and then three units in the last row (i.e., 3-0-3) worse than 3-3-0 (3 units in the front row and 3 in the middle row). The 3-3-0 setup gives two of your units in the middle row a 10% chance to negate damage thanks to the knights' ability. 3-3-0 is also beneficial for your healer's skill (x.com/BkrummsE/status/195256…) since it heals all units in a row. Going with a 3-3-0 would allow you to heal 3 units with one heal ability as opposed to only healing 2 or one. 3-3-0 allows you to split damage coming from the enemies to three targets. Since enemies either attack enemies that are the last in the column or the first in the column—such as wolves attacking the front line but spirits attacking the back line—you have 3 targets in the front and back, effectively reducing the odds of one of your units taking all the attacks. The problem with this positioning, though, also lies in that fact: you are keeping none of your units safe, and abilities that target a row will hit all three, while an ability that targets a column will always hit two. You aren't able to reposition at all with a 3-3-0 since there really isn't a good way to stop having a unit be targeted as much. The only way you could stop having a back liner drop aggro is to move a different back liner to the third row and then move the other unit to their spot. This means that you would be wasting two characters' turns to reposition, which also means that either both your healers aren't going to be doing anything, or your main magic DPS and a healer aren't going to be doing anything. This also gets worse if you want to drop aggro from a frontline uni,t since you would need to reposition your whole team. So while 3-3-0 seems to have a lot of advantages (which it does), it is also beginner-friendly. It is, in my opinion, the less ideal and also less strategic option. Now, team comp-wise, the most beginner-friendly team would be two knights, a fighter, a witch, and two healers. This team provides a bit of everything, which is important. The two knights provide you with enough beefy characters to soak up the damage and protect your team in a pinch with the bodyguard skill. The fighter is your main physical DPS and off tank. The witch will be your main magic DPS. The two healers will help keep your team healthy enough with their full row heal skill. With that team comp, you would want knights on the left and right side of the front row, with the fighter in the middle. This will have both knights give a 10% chance to block any damage the fighter takes. You will then want the witch on either the left or right side behind a knight to also gain a 10% chance to negate damage. Lastly, the healers go in the last two remaining spots in the middle row. Since you are splitting damage between three characters in the front, a two fighter and one knight setup would also work. In that case, put the knight in the middle and a healer behind it. Since you have 3 DPS, you don't need to protect the witch as much as in the previous setup, where you only had 2 DPS. This setup won't be able to protect your backline as much if there is a massive AoE attack or enemy skills that can hit multiple target,s since you only have one knight that can bodyguard instead of two. Overall, 3-3-0 is a very beginner-friendly composition, especially if you go two knights, a fighter, two healers, and a witch. It will help you understand how enemies target, units' abilities, and when/how to use them, and general game mechanics without having to think too much on repositioning units. #PositioningGuide #FaenoraVerseGuide

Another post on the @FaenoraVerse – this time, diving into the Healer class! 🌟 The Healer class evolves from the Archer class and is single-handedly the most important class in the game. Knowing how many you need on a team and positioning them well is absolutely vital if you want any hope of going far in Hunt mode. Let's break it down! 📖 Healer's class skill is called Prayer, which has a 25% chance to give the heal target a 10% boost to their stats. 💫 Innate abilities to look for on a Healer: HP, DEF, and SPD. Professional is also amazing, but that's a winner on all classes! 🛡️ You want your Healer to survive as long as possible and keep healing the team – HP, DEF, and SPD all help achieve that goal. Healer skills are straightforward: - Heal : Heals all allies in a row with a bigger heal than the base one. Due to this, you might be tempted to stick with a 3-3-0 formation, but it's not always the best. (More on formation strategy later!) ✨ - Holy Light: A single-target beam of light that deals decent damage. Use it only if you desperately need to kill a monster before it wipes your team! ⚡ How many Healers to run? 2 is usually best for survivability while still having enough DPS to kill monsters efficiently. I did defeat the Gryphon with a team of five Healers, but since the powerful hero won't be available in Hunt mode, I wouldn't suggest it – you won't have enough damage to beat the mobs. 😅 Positioning wise: In a 2-2-2 formation, put one Healer in the middle row and one in the back to prevent monsters from putting them both to sleep. 📍 Items to focus on for Healers: Defensive gear! They're squishy, so armor helps a ton. 🛡️ If running two, equip one with speed-boosting shoes – giving your main DPS a shot at that 10% stat boost before they attack is huge! Also, staggering their heals lets you patch up the team between monster attacks, avoiding potential deaths. ⏱️ Staffs are key for boosting heal power – always prioritize ones with higher RES! 🔮 #FaenoraVerseGuide #HealerGuide
