Same here. I was taught to use both hands and I teach the same to my trainees. Manipulating the needle in non dominant hand is actually not difficult and allows to change hands if tired in addition to keeping the same position (standing on the side to be blocked). #PrepStopBlock

A meticulous approach like #PrepStopBlock@nathaslam@RegionalAnaesUK@RCoANews could potentially minimise the risk of wrong side block. A mandatory STOP moment initiated by the anaesthetic assistant before the block would go a long way to mitigate the risk.
