I’m building another workflow (or app). This time, for SEO. For @chatbase_co , I’ve already automated ad tracking scraping Meta, Google, and LinkedIn to see what competitors are running and analyzing everything with GPT. Now I’m doing the same thing for SEO. I wanted a simple tool where I type a keyword, pick a competitor, and instantly see where they rank on Google plus whether they’re running ads for that keyword. Here’s the problem: Tools like Ahrefs, SE Ranking, AccuRanker, SerpWatch, and ProRankTracker are good but: • They’re expensive (most start at $50–100/month) • Limited in what they show unless you pay more • Can’t be customized for specific use case So I thought… why not build my own? Here’s what I’m building: A simple SEO competitor tracker. → I enter a keyword → The app triggers a browser agent → It scrapes Google’s search results (real rankings) → Extracts: domain, title, URL, position → Then shows me who’s ranking where and how I stack up I can also highlight specific competitors I want to track across keywords. Stack I’m using: @lovable for the UI and automation triggers Make..com to run the scraping flow @supabase to store results @OpenAI: to analyze content themes, keyword gaps, and generate blog outlines I don’t want dashboards full of features I don’t need. I want workflows built around how I actually work. This is vibe marketing x SEO. This is a lovely way to spend your weekend.
