day 14/50
here is how i have already been following the rules of project50 for 2 weeks namely :
> waking up before 8am (the easiest one because i always wake up at 6)
> morning routine 1 hour (yoga planning bath)
> any physical activity (no problems with that)
> reading 10 pages (it’s hard because i’m used to falling asleep while reading)
> learning a new skill 1 hour (programming)
> healthy eating (i removed sugar but i will bring it back after the project )
> keeping a journal (also easy)
today the activity is quite high 21k steps and a workout
moving forward!
day 13/50
wake up at 6
do a short yoga
fall asleep on the floor until 7 20 and i’m back in action
the day went well
i studied database settings for the website seems like this is the easiest part for me (doing it to pass the exam)
since the start of the challenge i haven’t eaten a single sweet although i feel a little like having candy but not too much
reading done, workout done
