day 39/50 today i was reading positioning by ries and trout it's about how people actually think and remember here's what stuck with me: - being first matters more than being better - own one word in people's minds and you've already won - the narrower your focus, the stronger your position - don't fight the leader head-on find a gap next to them - the name is already half the battle 11 days to the finish line

day 38/50 before the challenge i was lost and honestly didn’t even know where i was i decided enough. i made myself a challenge project50 wake up before 8 1 hour without a phone in the morning workout studying 10 pages of a book nutrition journaling miss it start again from zero i’m doing it publicly because i know myself alone i would find a million reasons not to do it if i can do it you can too
day 37/50 honestly? i don’t even remember myself before this challenge anymore just get up. just do it and at some point you stop asking why because the answer is already obvious full intense days

day 14/50 here is how i have already been following the rules of project50 for 2 weeks namely : > waking up before 8am (the easiest one because i always wake up at 6) > morning routine 1 hour (yoga planning bath) > any physical activity (no problems with that) > reading 10 pages (it’s hard because i’m used to falling asleep while reading) > learning a new skill 1 hour (programming) > healthy eating (i removed sugar but i will bring it back after the project ) > keeping a journal (also easy) today the activity is quite high 21k steps and a workout moving forward!

day 13/50 wake up at 6 do a short yoga fall asleep on the floor until 7 20 and i’m back in action the day went well i studied database settings for the website seems like this is the easiest part for me (doing it to pass the exam) since the start of the challenge i haven’t eaten a single sweet although i feel a little like having candy but not too much reading done, workout done

Spring is already here and i have a suggestion for you What if we give ourselves a push in the form of some kind of challenge? I know there used to be a cool project called project50 The concept was simple: > wake up before 8 am > work out for 1 hour a day > read 10 pages a day > spend 1 hour on a new skill > follow a healthy diet > track your daily progress in a journal If you fail on any of the 50 days, start over from day one What do you think about this idea? Who’s in with me?
