We’re thrilled to share the success of the Industry Partnership Event, held on 27th November 2024 at Novotel Chennai OMR, as part of Project ASCENT (Alliance for Skills & Capacity ENhancement with Technology). #ProjectASCENT together over 50 key stakeholders among industry leaders, educational institutions, and regional skill development organizations to shape the future of logistics skilling.
The event, titled “Digital Intervention in Logistics Skilling Ecosystem,” featured a Fireside Chat on “Eco-Logistics: Empowering the Workforce with Green Skills,” a Panel Discussion on “Upskilling and Reskilling: Shaping the Future of Logistics in the AI Era,” and an Interactive Session on the importance of stakeholder collaboration.
Attendees explored digital tools like VR and self-paced learning platforms, highlighting the future of logistics training. NGO partners shared insights into how collaboration with the Foundation drives impactful outcomes.
The key takeaways from #ProjectASCENT was on the importance of green skills and AI-driven upskilling in the logistics workforce and the critical role of collaboration in scaling initiatives for a future-ready logistics workforce.
