I took a computer exam called a QBcheck. I scored very well and even did slightly better than normal ppl with my reaction times. So my psychiatrist said adhd isnt considered for me anymore

I didn't say there was a single objective diagnostic test. There are objective tests for activity (micro-movement tracking and statistical methods that are hard to fake), and tools like QbCheck that quantify inattention, impulsivity and hyperactivity against normative distributions. A proper ADHD diagnosis integrates multiple inputs: clinical interview, multi-setting rating scales, informants who knew you growing up, school reports from early years, and quantitative tools like QbCheck. Multiple sources, by design. And the diagnostic construct tracks well with independent scientific evidence from genetics, neuroimaging, and performance metrics. Heritability sits at ~0.74, among the highest in psychiatry. So in terms of convergent objective support across independent hard-science approaches, ADHD is one of the better-grounded conditions in DSM-5. It's the kind of ignorance where people call it fake or attention-seeking or making excuses that's probably in part why many of us end up as adults with comorbid depression and anxiety. Yeah I had to do the qbcheck and it seems inaccurate and ineffective from all the papers Ive read. But cant fight with psych about it so. Hopefully Ill get results that lead to medication trials. Really just trying to find supports because my executive functioning is SO low.

There's also a QbCheck, computer test that measures core traits of ADHD, eg you have to click when you certain shapes/patterns etc. Not diagnostic but provides added info. Although I scored very unlikely for ADHD on this test, possibly due to comorbid autism
