The alternative medicines -Homeopathy & Ayurvedic have NO evidence based testing system & are the Quackeries.

Well, they do provide a nice income for Malpractice Attorneys. A smart one could just set up a kiosk at the intrance of one of these quackeries. They'd make a killing, so to speak. Most of the clients of these butcher shops don't even know when they have been abused. These places care more about misgendering than criminal malpractice.
Hey, being that people are a natural resource, maybe the ABA is actually involved.

They should eviscerate the county hospitals in Blue States. In California, they're nothing but anchor baby factories, Big Pharma petridishes that overperscibe garbage, creating much of the homeless problem. All those people lying around aren't just self-induced drug addicts. They are naive people who believed their shitty doctors at the county 'learning' hospitals. These hospitals are complicit in the erasure of citizens of the Republic. These poor souls are an inconvenience that instead of giving life to, they kill the very souls of people. It's just a racket that looks good on paper. Humans are just another natural resource to bilk the federal government out of money to this garbage. As with most things Neo-Liberal, they create a problem to manage it. It's despicable. They don't cure. They manage. It doesn't help that Third World management run the quackeries that hide behind and cover up DEI incompetants and general incompetence.
Hold on to your organs around these vermin.

too many quackeries at the FDA. They should CURE PDAC as if it is easy. Mass screening (not feasible with current specificity and accuracy) can be very costly and proven to be ineffective. Wait until 5 Y OS rate of Darax beating chemo by 3-5x is too late. Patients need Rx now.
The biggest impediment to cancer progress is a defeatist mindset that extending lives isn’t worth the cost. Let’s hope that view doesn’t take hold at the FDA.
