An "amazing" pitcher but a way more incredible person. Tom taught me a ton about the game and life during our @WhiteSox time together; most intelligent player I have ever met, and wow, I certainly benefitted from our paths crossing. Our walks around cities were so fun! #RIP41
Tom Terrific was born 79 years ago today.
The three-time Cy Young Award winner and 12-time All-Star passed away in 2020, but Seaver is forever a hero in Queens and beyond.

Wow. Brian Piccolo would be 80 years old today. Any Bears fan from the 1960's and 70's, like myself, knows the story and keeps Piccolo in their hearts. Died of cancer in 1970. "Brian's Song" was the movie about his life and relation with Gale Sayers. "Pic" was only 26. #RIP41
