Chet Lemon died today. Just the sound of that name brings me back to being a kid in the yard collecting baseball cards and playing wiffle ball. Here he is on the Baseball Bunch. I hope you're playing ball in heaven, Chet.
Was the first baseball player to truly blow my mind with his competitive instincts. I'll never forget the moment I first saw him slide head first into 1st base. Here's him talking about it: detroitnews.com/embed/video/…#RIPChet!
The tourists got altitude sickness when they reached Lumjen Monastery at Ripchet of Chumanubi Rural Municipality-6 in Gorkha district in the course of trekking, and there have been difficulties in rescuing them.

Our nurse at Ripchet recently diagnosed a patient of being a high risk in her pregnancy and in need of a C -Section delivery. Kopila called for a helicopter under a government iniaitive. The patient and her husband were taken to Kathmandu where she had a healthy baby girl.
This little girl is 16 now, educated because she was sponsored at Thrangu Rinpoche’s free school for the forgotten children of Nepal’s mountains. She wants to be a health worker because so many siblings died. Ripchet village, the Tsum Valley, Nepal.
