Stop losing money on ads you don't understand. 📉 Most media buyers are bleeding cash because they don't track their numbers properly. I built a simple, automated Notion tool to fix that. The "Smart Ads Performance Tracker" does the math for you: ✅ Auto-calculates ROAS & CTR. ✅ Instant performance scoring (Excellent vs. Underperforming). ✅ Mobile-optimized for on-the-go tracking. No more messy spreadsheets I created this to save my own ad campaigns, and it’s finally ready for you to use. Whether you're scaling or just starting out, this is the system you need to stay profitable👇 #AdsTips #BusinessTips #marketing #DigitalMarketing #Notion #AdsTips

I NEVER turn off a losing ad. I don't care if that ad has 0.8 roas. If it gets a lot of spend has >80% new visitor %, it's a winning ad. These ads let me 2x, 3x the budget quickly and scale fast. Meanwhile MOF & BOF targeted creatives convert like crazy and balance the account's roas. I will never stop preaching this until all of ecom twitter does this. Look at your account from a funnel's perspective.
"My ad gets a lot of spend but isn't converting, what's going on?" Had this exact conversation 3 times last week. Hint: It's not a Meta problem. You're actually way closer to a winner than you think. Here's what that ad is telling you and how to turn it into a winner:

$14k 😐 - swallowed my pride this week but… It had to be done - ROAS is fixed for the time being. Bumped budget 50% on new scaling campaign. Increased bid cap on bid campaign. Now we wait 🤞🏻 #ecom #ecommerce #dropshipping

Relying only on reported ROAS without checking actual profit can skew metrics and lead to poor scaling decisions. To optimize your budget, make sure success metrics reflect real results. Fix core issues instead of superficial fixes to save resources and protect outcomes.#Google_Ads

I replaced a $3,500/mo paid media agency with ONE Claude Code plugin that runs as an Autonomous Self-Healing Paid Media OS. Last week: $18k test spend → flagged 3 bleeders on day 2 → reallocated $9k → ROAS from 2.1 to 4.8 in 11 days. Then it auto-adjusted the next cycle to lock in gains. No agency calls. No Monday PDF reports. No 2am Slack ghosts. Your agency probably can’t tell you: • Which creatives fatigue 2 weeks before the drop • Which campaigns cannibalize each other • Which ad sets burn money on dead audiences (converted 6 months ago) • Which platform looks good on ROAS but wrecks cash flow This OS answers from live data and self-heals while you sleep: → Pulls 90-day exports pixel events competitor signals → Runs 200 micro-simulations every 4 hours → Predictive ROAS models auto kill list → Writes replacement copy, bids & targeting from your real winners → Pushes API/CSV changes learns from outcomes Agencies test 47 things & manually reallocate. This detects → diagnoses → fixes → learns in a closed loop. One prompt delivers: • Predictive ROAS dashboard with confidence intervals 0-100 Health Score • Paste-ready fix briefs new copy, targeting, and bid structure included • Cross-platform budget optimizer cut wasted spend 40-60% vs manual reallocation • Self-writing weekly report ready before your Monday standup Built 100% in Claude Code. Pennies per run. Full playbook install steps, 7 prompts, demo flows, hidden API tips free right now. DTC brands & agencies: What’s your biggest paid media headache (bleeders, fatigue, cannibalization)? Comment below and I’ll tell you the exact prompt that fixes it.

$1.58M in 30 days. that's $52,666 in revenue every single day. $161k spent. 9.79x ROAS. 4.51M impressions. and the previous period? a fraction of this. impressions up by 3.97 million. revenue up by $1.11M month over month. the difference between a mediocre google ads account and a well-structured one isn't small. it's $52k a day.

From "winning product" to "winning brand" From "ROAS first" to "LTV first" From "more new customers" to "fix the holes in the bucket" From "what can I sell next" to "what can I sell again" From "revenue is the goal" to "profit is the goal" From "I have to do everything" to "I have to oversee everything" I've seen brand owners go through them all on their way from $20k/month to $1M/month The first 3 get you to $300k/month. The next 3 get you to $1M /month.

#PureMediaBuyingValue Day 23 Cost per ATC is one of those metrics almost nobody talks about, but for me it can tell you a lot before the campaign even gets enough purchases to judge properly. Everyone looks at ROAS, CPA and purchases, which makes sense, but when you are still early in the test and the campaign does not have enough purchase data yet, cost per ATC can be one of the best soft metrics to understand if people are actually moving with intent or if they are just clicking and disappearing. Because CTR and CPC can look good, but that does not always mean the traffic is good. A creative can bring cheap clicks because it is funny, broad or curiosity based, but if people land on the page and nobody adds to cart, then that click probably did not carry enough buying intent. But when cost per ATC is healthy, it usually tells me that the creative, product page and offer are at least creating enough interest for people to take the next step, and that is why I can sometimes give a campaign more time even if purchases are not there yet. It does not mean the campaign is a winner. It means there is signal. And signal is what you need before making decisions. If CPM is normal, CTR is decent, CPC is not crazy and cost per ATC is healthy, I don’t want to kill that campaign too fast just because purchase data is still slow. But if clicks are coming and cost per ATC is terrible, then I already know something is wrong between the ad and the product page, because people cared enough to click but not enough to even consider buying. That is why cost per ATC matters. It helps you understand if the campaign deserves more time or if the traffic is just empty attention. Most people wait for purchases to tell them everything. A good media buyer reads the soft metrics before the final number arrives. #ecommerce #mediabuying #meta #shopify #growth #cny #d2c #dropship #dropshipping #ecom
