The Vatican developed an Artemis of Ephesus-styled Mary as an anachronism who steals the glory of the Only Mediator between the Father and His born-again children; Jesus “ever lives to intercede” for us.
Mary does NOT. She was an actual mom at least 7 times over.

Day 235: The world today would have us divided on political and ideological lines. Resist the temptation to tear down and divide.
As Paul says, “May the God of endurance and encouragement grant you to live in such harmony with one another, in accord with Christ Jesus, that together you may with one voice glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God.”

@readscripture app for android or Apple is an excellent Bible-in-a-year app. It incorporates @bibleproject videos into daily reading. The videos are extremely helpful.

Day 47: @readscripture app reading plan has us in the peculiar story of Balaam and the blessing today.
My simple takeaway: when you’re in the valley feeling chastised by the LORD, stay faithful to the LORD. He’s up on the crest of the hill BLESSING you to your enemies.
