ここ最近はなかったが、今日はちょいと発生したんで、Copilotに調べさせた。
ChordWiki 用コード譜エディター（chordlistener.com/editor/）が読み込み中で、ぐるんぐるん回り続けてる時、内部でエラー発生してっけど、ActiveIndexをゼロにすることで、解消することもあるようで。
Firefoxでの例だけど、
1）Ctrl Shift Iでデベロッパーツール表示。
2）コンソールを選択。
3）以下をペーストしてエンター。

reqFix.onsuccess = () => {
var db = reqFix.result;
var tx = db.transaction(["settings"], "readwrite");
var store = tx.objectStore("settings");

これで、表示されるかも？まぁエラーの内容引っ張って、AIに調べさせただけなんで、内容に寄っては解消せんかもですがね。

Readwrite locks that are particularly cheap (also about 3ns) and fully contention-free (no blow up to 100s of ns on contention) on the read end (though more expensive for write-lock taking).
