फलटण महिला डॉक्टर आत्महत्या: मीडिया ट्रायलवर उत्कर्षा रूपवते यांचा संताप; 'गोपनीय माहिती माध्यमांपर्यंत कशी?' सातारा : फलटण येथील महिला डॉक्टरच्या आत्महत्येच्या प्रकरणाला पुन्हा एकदा ‘मीडिया ट्रायल’चे स्वरूप आले असल्याबद्दल महाराष्ट्र राज्य महिला आयोगाच्या माजी सदस्या आणि वंचित बहुजन आघाडीच्या राज्य प्रवक्त्या उत्कर्षा रूपवते यांनी तीव्र संताप व्यक्त केला आहे. त्यांनी एक निवेदन प्रसिद्ध करून गोपनीय चौकशीची माहिती माध्यमांपर्यंत कशी पोहोचते, तसेच खुद्द राज्य महिला आयोगाच्या अध्यक्षाच एफआयआर आणि अंतरिम चौकशीचे बारकावे माध्यमांसमोर का मांडतात, असा रोकडा सवाल विचारला आहे. या प्रकरणी सखोल चौकशीतून पुढे आलेली माहिती पोलीस विभागानेच मांडावी, अशी अपेक्षा व्यक्त करत, ‘कॅमेरा पुढे येण्याची एवढी हाव कसली?’ असा प्रश्न त्यांनी महिला आयोगाच्या अध्यक्षांना विचारला आहे. ’पोलीस आणि विभागाकडून दाद मिळाली नाही’ मृत महिला डॉक्टरने वारंवार लेखी तक्रारी देऊनही त्यांना न्याय न मिळाल्याबद्दल रूपवते यांनी व्यवस्थेवर टीका केली आहे. ‘होणाऱ्या अन्यायाबद्दल वारंवार लेखी तक्रारी देऊन सुद्धा महिला डॉक्टरांना कुठलीच दाद मिळाली नाही… ना त्यांच्या स्वतःच्या डिपार्टमेंट कडून ना पोलीस खात्याकडून… याचा जाब कोणी विचारणार आहे का?’ असे गंभीर विधान त्यांनी केले आहे. उत्कर्षा रूपवते यांनी यावेळी पीडित कुटुंबाच्या दुःखाबद्दल सहानुभूती व्यक्त करत, त्यांच्या कुटुंबाला न्याय कसा मिळेल, या दिशेने प्रयत्न करण्याचे आवाहन केले आहे. ज्या आई-वडिलांनी-कुटुंबानी आपले लेकरू गमावले, त्यांच्या दुःखाचा विचार करून त्यांना त्वरित न्याय मिळवून देणे आवश्यक असल्याचे मत त्यांनी मांडले. फलटण येथील उपजिल्हा रुग्णालयातील महिला डॉक्टरने नुकतीच आत्महत्या केली होती, ज्यात त्यांनी एका पोलीस उपनिरीक्षक आणि अन्य एका व्यक्तीवर शारीरिक व मानसिक छळाचा आरोप केला होता. या घटनेमुळे राज्यभरात खळबळ उडाली आहे. #PhaltanCase #SataraNews #MaharashtraNews #PhaltanDoctorSuicide #PhaltanTragedy #JusticeForDoctor #FairInvestigation #StopMediaTrial #RightToJustice #RespectDueProcess #AccountabilityMatters #TransparencyInJustice
