1. Nederlandse sites zijn op tig vlakken afhankelijk van de VS (Amerikaanse apparatuur, Amerikaanse rootservers etc.) 2. De infra van SIDN staat niet op 'computers' maar op servers. 3. De koppeling tussen domein en IP heeft geen bal met de domeinregistratie via SIDN te maken.

On rootservers it is possible to run modded maps. You just have to add the modmap ID into the startup file and set the map level. For Svartalfheim its "Svartalfheim_WP" and its working totally fine.
