Marathon #31 complete. Not my best race, but far from my worst. Went great for about 21 miles before the humidity finally did me in. Nothing to do but brush myself off and try again. Many thanks to my cheerleaders, Barry Allen and @kevincostley. #RunLongBeach

We did it! 🙌
By completing the @LBMarathon Half Marathon, we also received a special dolphin medal for finishing the Beach Cities Challenge. Congratulations, Meghan and all Lopers who finished the full or half marathon today and all who completed the BCC. 👏

Marathon #30 complete! Race started almost a half hour late, which meant a half hour extra sun time. It wasn't pretty, but it got done. As @shakira says:
"I won't give up, no, I won't give in
'Til I reach the end, and then I'll start again."
