NONE of them “ignored” the law. On the nationwide injunction issue, there has long been a serious debate and both sides of the spectrum have obtained them. SCORUS has now finally resolved it. SCORUS has in fact ruled on it, in Wong Kim Ark. And SCOTUS hasn't been asked to rule on it yet - that's why the DOJ didn't ask for all the injunctions to be stayed, because that would have required SCOTUS to decide whether the administration was likely to prevail down the line, and it knows it isn't.
