An ocean, even though it is not an item, I feel that it represents the way I am, my thoughts, personality. A silent place but with a deep and dark area that if full with unknown things until you explore it, and a lot of the ocean hasn't been explored! #STEMWrites

We worked with @cr_uk to create this beautiful, positive and heartwarming piece. We put three incredibly brave young people, each of whom have battled childhood cancer, centre stage and let them tell their stories and inform the science. I'm really proud of it. #CCAM #STEMWrites
Be inspired by incredible young people who are living with cancer in this month's issue. We worked with @CR_UK to create a piece about their experiences, and how scientific research is improving their lives and futures. #ChildhoodCancerAwarenessMonth #ChildhoodCancer #CCAM

I would use the song "Try Everything" by Shakira in the movie Zootopia, lol. It talks about trying every opportunity just like Siddharta did with finding his identity. The song gives the idea of trying until one finds the satisfaction they need. #STEMWrites

The cultural iceberg was also cool to see as it refined the broad topics generally associated with culture. #STEMWrites

It stood out to me how they defined culture as, "sharing a pattern of thinking, feeling, reacting, and problem-solving". Originally, I thought that culture was more external, someones traditions, beliefs, and values. #STEMWrites

I believe that the United States is best represented as a Lego House. This is because each individual element of the house is a belief/culture of a group of people and when you put those together you get the world we are part of today which is shown as the lego house. #STEMWrites
