Did you know that the “BCB” (Blended curvature-based) mesher is the only SOLIDWORKS Simulation mesher that lets you define a mesh control element size that is LARGER than the global element size? ^OA #SOLIDWORKS#SWSIM
Did you know that you could publish a SOLIDWORKS Simulation Report to see (in one place) the calculated Factor of Safety (FOS) for every Pin or Bolt Connector in your study? See Help topic "List Connector Force" for details. #SOLIDWORKS#SWSIMgo.solidworks.com/KtY
Still using the 'Flip Shell Elements' command? If so, the SOLIDWORKS Simulation R&D team recommends 'Flip shell top and bottom' instead. Unlike 'Flip Shell Elements', 'Flip shell top and bottom' preserves shell orientations even after you remesh.

When you mesh a model in SOLIDWORKS Simulation, the output is an approximate representation of CAD geometry. Increase the specified gap range value by a small tolerance to ensure proper enforcement of interactions. For example, set a 0.025" gap range for a 0.02" gap
