Had an incredible time at #Summit25, the UK Scout Conference this weekend!
It was amazing to take part in workshops and discussions, connect with other Youth Leads from across the UK, and dive into shaping the future of Scouting. One highlight was getting involved in the ceilidh—it was great being able to celebrate Burns Night with Scouts Scotland!
It was also a honour for me helping to host the plenary session on our Youth Consultation. It was a privilege to ensure young people’s voices were heard and to play a part in shaping the next Scout strategy.

It’s been 100 days since I took on the role of County Youth Lead for South & South East London Scouts! 🎉
Here are some highlights from the journey so far:
From hosting our first County AGM to representing young people at various meetings and getting out and about across the County, it’s been an amazing experience. I’ve loved engaging with young people to hear their ideas on how we can make Scouts even better!
I even managed to gain my Kings Scout Award in middle of all this!
Exciting things are in the works, so keep your eyes peeled for what’s coming next!

Final day of the scarecrow Festival today why not pop in to the scout hut and grab a map for £1. Then have fun finding them in the lovely village of Stockton on the forest. All while supporting a worthy course #scoutingforall
Flowers from one of the Beaver parents tonight. We try and accommodate all needs and neurodiversity in the group, in our own time, through our voluntary roles. Sometimes just a little appreciation of that, goes a long way. #Scouting#scoutingforall#inclusion
