In March 2026, more than 6.10 lakh public grievances(P.G. P.G. Appeals disposed) were disposed, which is 86.59% of the total grievances received. About 2.34 lakh physical files were reviewed, and 1.22 lakh files were weeded out across all Ministries, Departments, and their field offices, promoting the digitization process and streamlining operations in the Central Secretariat. The Department of Posts recorded the highest number of physical files weeded out, with 26,924 files, followed by the Ministry of Home Affairs, which weeded out 26,501 physical files. Secretariat Reforms Report for March 2026 released. A cumulative revenue of ₹4637.21 crore has been generated through scrap disposal up to March 2026. This includes ₹2,364.05 crore earned during Special Campaigns 1.0–4.0, ₹1,007.10 crore during the extended period from December 2024 to August 2025, ₹833.92 crore under Special Campaign 5.0, and ₹432.14 crore from December 2025 to March 2026. The revenue has been generated through scrap disposal by all Ministries/Departments and their field offices. In March 2026, the Ministry of Railways is the highest contributor, with ₹111.85 crores.
