The U.S. military has DCS, MilSuite, and Mattermost on DoD servers some law enforcement use Rocket chat. Israel uses SecureTalk equivalents. While UK uses MODNet Chat. We should have ours and this can be created , there are private firms in Nigeria that can do this well!
