What exactly is the role of the Building Factory department at @mybmcWardE if AE Dattatray Patil and JE Nikhil Kulkarni allegedly cannot even determine whether commercial banquet hall activities are operating beyond approved permissions ?
If every obvious violation requires “clarification” from another department, then either the officers handling enforcement lack basic technical understanding or enforcement itself is being intentionally weakened.

Notice reportedly issued in Aug 2025 , Till today no speaking order , Supreme Court directions appear to have been thrown into the dustbin by JE Nikhil Kulkarni and AE Dattatray Patil.
