“ High court Ka sawal
charude Kare Dhamal “
How many “actions taken” does it take before an action actually changes something ?
Inside
@mybmcWardHW the script allegedly never changes
“Demolition done.”
“Enforcement completed.”
“Matter closed.”
Yet citizens report that Nasha Live Orchestra continues operating despite months of proceedings, inspections and claimed enforcement measures.
This raises serious questions about the conduct of officers responsible for enforcement , including AE sawant level and SE charude level officials.
If repeated actions were genuinely effective, why do the same issues reportedly keep resurfacing ?
If notices were issued and proceedings completed, why does the matter appear to remain unresolved ?
Citizens are now demanding complete transparency, including scrutiny of decision-making , file movements , extensions granted and any interactions between officials and interested parties.
@mybmc Perhaps an independent review of records, CCTV footage, inspection reports and internal communications would answer what official statements have not.
When alleged violations survive every round of “enforcement,” public concern naturally shifts from administrative inefficiency to possible misconduct, preferential treatment, or a failure of accountability.
