I believe gratitude and appreciation make us better human beings. Instead of normalizing envy, we should focus on working for what we want rather than measuring our lives against others. #SelfWork

abuse has happened before. It's not always present in current relationship. It's carried over from previous ones. Hence it's trauma. This requires therapy or selfwork however you wanna do it... So don't instantly Yell abuse when it shows up again. Triggers don't always Mean abuse

It is sadly true. In my case I've been increasingly failing at managing my problems (you listed here) despite doing daily selfwork. Self-healing also stopped a year ago so I just tolerate now. But many times dogs or cows show up & give me physical affection, so it's not all bad.

In my case, exploring scriptures genuinely helped. Not the loves me thing, but giving me a reliable compass for my mind & to develop love for devtagan. But yeah I do have health issues & other issues too. Plus, no matter how much i heal, do selfwork, reparent or evolve to overcompensate for the damages they did, the damages remain & hurt worse with time... weirdly enough

You’re assuming your emotional experience is universal and that’s exactly the problem. Feeling “some type of way” about other people’s success isn’t a default setting for everyone. Some people feel motivated. Some feel inspired. Some feel genuinely happy for others while trusting their own time will come. Not everyone responds to delayed success with envy.
