took my adderall just to read one publication and not finish it, hey at least I know that majority variant calling can be done by the sentieon hybrid opposed to minimap2 deep variant pacbio data AND giraffe illumina data (I don't know what tp do this infomration)

I am not sure. I have evaluated 3 commercial platforms sentieon (CPU), parabricks now Nvidia GPU, and DRAGEN FPGA, and ultimately picked the CPU solution. For ease of integration, standards, and cost. Differences in wallclock speed between Sentieon and Parabricks were negligible.
