Hi Customer support team ,
I am trying to get in touch with your customer team since last evening but I haven’t got my call answered yet .
I am writing to request a cancellation of my booking (PNR: 7CTSJ4) and PNR(OGK85B) made on April 26th, and to kindly ask for a waiver of the associated cancellation fees due to a medical emergency.
Early this morning, my daughter became severely ill with a high fever, nausea, and diarrhea. Following a consultation, her pediatrician diagnosed her with food poisoning and has advised against travel. For your review, I have attached the official medical certificate and the doctor’s prescription.
As this situation was entirely unforeseen and beyond my control, I hope you can make an exception regarding the cancellation charges and make a refund . I appreciate your empathy and assistance during this difficult time.
I am also attaching a medical certificate and prescription for your reference . If you need a proof of my relation with the kid . I have also attached the birth certificate showing that I am her mother .
Please do the needful. I really need to get this issue resolved in time , I am already very anxious dealing with a sick child. I would appreciate if you could expedite this.
