@Aetna, dealing with Silverscripts since I received a letter in late December dated September 2024 after the enrollment period. Went from $10. 74 to $51 . I immediately called to cancel. Was told it was cancelled only to be LIED to. Aetna continued to take out $51 .

@CVSHealth SilverScripts showed me how incompetent it is. Couldn’t refill my meds in time, emails and faxes ignored for a week. One hand doesn’t know what the other is doing. Sad!
