Shropdoc offers a #SinglePointofAccess service within our Care Co-ordination Centre.
This means we take calls from #paramedics who might be considering transferring their patient to an emergency department, who can speak to our assessors to facilitate access to assessment units.

A unified CMHT bring together both complex & less complex cases under PCN linked neighbourhoods, with multiple points of access (MPA).
