Economizing spacelift good.

SpaceX IPO officially on launchpad!Milestone for multiplanetary future. If we can master physics launching a 5k-ton Starship into orbit,Vcan absolutely spacelift the human-AI innovation complex off its base. It’s just a different kind of escape velocity.Let’s launch

Rockets are hard.Delivering escape velocity to the next generation of tech is harder.Huge congrats on the #SpaceXIPO today,@elonmusk!You've conquered the cosmos, now, can you spacelift Human AI off its launching pad?We challenge you to help us break gravity.Time2support the future

@elonmusk successfully launched the #SpaceXIPO Orbit achieved! But here is the real gravity test,Can the man who builds rockets spacelift a next-gen power house like Human AI off its base?Or is that a different kind of rocket science?launchpad is ready.DoU accept the challenge?

I mean sure, some SpaceX revenue comes from government contracts for space lift and satellites, but 10 years ago we were about to fall behind China in spacelift because it was expensive to have ULA launch and now it's cheaper because SpaceX figured out reusable rockets.

Beyond electric cars, ⬇️ cost of spacelift, reusable space launch, advancing Mars travel, facilitating global internet, pioneering computer-brain interface & ensuring a more free social media? He's such a loser compared to you. GFY....you're attractive but have a black heart.

Yes, he provided spacelift services for a fraction of what it costs for NASA to launch. Yes, taxpayers paid for that. Same as any contractor.

Is your infrastructure scaling breaking your team? The free guide, Terraform State at Scale, lays out a simple three stage maturity model to safely move your team from basic remote storage to collaborative GitOps and decoupled multi stack architectures. 👉 Grab the guide and take their fifteen question diagnostic to find where your team is bottlenecked: fandf.co/4v60yGF @spaceliftio built their entire platform around these exact scaling steps. Unlike legacy tools like HCP Terraform that charge you per Resource Under Management (RUM), Spacelift, the sponsor of this post, uses concurrency based pricing. This is massive because you aren't financially penalized for doing the right thing, like splitting up giant state files to limit your blast radius. They also natively support OpenTofu, Pulumi, and Ansible, and have continuous drift correction to automatically roll back any unauthorized manual console edits. Sponsored by Spacelift.

Amazon should have released an IDE for AWS back in 2007 or so. We wouldn’t need IaC or Spacelift or any of that BS if they had just made a decent developer tool from the start

Do you guys have any idea of the economic possibilities cheap spacelift and the subsequent industrialization of space unlocks?

I’ve only recently been introduced to terraform. And Spacelift. Coming from an application development background this stuff makes me sad.

Looking good tek. As a devops guy it would be cool to see what differentiates from traditional declarative tools or solutions like harness, spacelift, hcp terraform, etc etc

That should get the job done unless they have a lot of serious hardware, and if they do I'll hold everything back until I can consolidate my forces from offworld. The big question is what spacelift I have available and if it's feasible to keep a fast reaction force in space.

Low cost spacelift is going to change the military picture just as much if not more than drones too.

there are two limitations: they need to reach near lightspeed as soon as possible, to minimize the coma time. it's faster to accelearate and decelerate halfway. and also - construction time. part of the reason why rocky's ship is enormous is that they have a spacelift
