That distinction is why the stock is crashing even though the business is fine. 2️⃣ What exactly is the issue? 🔹 What Canara Bank is claiming Embassy Developments (earlier Indiabulls Real Estate) was once connected to Sinnar Thermal Power. Sinnar Thermal was demerged in 2011 and has nothing to do with Embassy today. However, Canara Bank claims: Embassy had given a corporate guarantee / undertaking long back. Outstanding amount claimed: ₹372.36 crore. Based on this, Canara filed a Section 7 IBC case. 3️⃣ Why did NCLT admit the case if the plant was demerged? 👉 NCLT does NOT decide final guilt at admission stage. It only checks: Is there a claim? Is there a default allegation? Is paperwork “prima facie” acceptable? So: NCLT did not say **Embassy is liable** It only said: “Let CIRP start and let this be examined” That’s why admission happened. 4️⃣ Why NCLAT staying the order is a BIG positive (market is ignoring this) On 11 Dec 2025, NCLAT stayed the NCLT order. @kotakneo @HansrajJaideep @Ashish1Nanda Hi I used the Strategy Bot feature in Kotak Neo. Good to see that brokers are making progress and learning the requirement of automated trading. But that Strategy Bot seems to be have been put into function without taking feedback from traders. Most traders use spread for trading indices, it can be bull spreads or bear spreads. Buying leg could be a real hedge or only margin hedge. In both cases buy trade should process first as that reduces the margin requirement for the spread trade. This basic feature is missing. When I send orders, it seems both went at same time. Result buy was executed but sell order was rejected showing margin shortage. Either build a retry feature so that rejected order is once again automatically by the system to avoid failures in strategy or better make a rule in bot itself that it process BUY leg first and then sell leg later with 1 sec difference. Similar requirement is with squareoff. Sell order should close first and then buy orders should be squared off. Many Algoplatforms has already built this feature. So Please make this necessary addition in your Strategy Bot. Otherwise it will be just a another feature by brokers which are hardly put to use by traders.
