WTF is The MACKEREL PACKS RUNES ROCKET ROOM ? And when will Version 1 be ready for Liftoff ? Long Post Incoming: Our Runes Rocket Room is a feature for our Website. Essentially it is a Scene of a Room on a Rocket Ship. Runes Holders can paste in their Runes Taproot and the Room will Load to display different objects, items or characters. It will all depend on which Runes you hold and at what amounts. Version 1 currently has 17 different Runes selected to feature; Example: Dog Go To The Moon Threshold 1: If you hold 100,000 $DOG then an image of Dog will appear somewhere in the room. Threshold 2: If you hold 1,000,000 $DOG then Dog will appear with a special feature. (For instance there may be an interactive element or an animate element). Most Runes will only have Threshold 1. So they will appear in the scene as a static image. Some Runes will have a Threshold 2 and have an interactive or animate element. Mackerel Packs features; MackPack features will be added for almost every 1 Million $Macks that you hold, up to 20 Million Macks. Mostly these features are static but there will be at least 5 interactive elements and possibly some animated elements. So the more Macks you have in your wallet and the more Runes you have in your wallet, the more developed your RUNES ROCKET ROOM will appear. -------------------------------- What's the Point in this ? -It's Mainly for Fun- Our main goal is to provide a fun little space where the big Runes and Macks holders can see their wallets come alive a little. -It Promotes Runes- For those whom love collecting and completing one may feel the urge to buy into Runes that you may not at this moment hold, simply so that you can see the item appear in the scene. -Similarly those that hold some of a Rune may feel prompted to buy a little more so that they have enough to meet the required Threshold to see the item displayed, or meet the Threshold2 to get the activated element (if there is one. See above example with Dog). -It will help us promote Macks to other Runes Communities- Many in Runes have seen or heard a little about Mackerel Packs but they don't know much more of what we are about. Having this Feature will help us do cross collaborations with other Runes. Perhaps we can do giveaways and meme competitions with them as we promote what we've created. -Similarly it should help us stay relevent in future- It would be amazing if the Runes Rocket Room becomes an in demand feature, whereby other Runes contact us to ask for their Rune to be included. We already have a list of another 15-20 Runes that we could include in Version 2. As well, as the years tick by there will be new quality big Runes and we will be able to include the successful ones to help further cross collaboration between us OG Runes and new Runes holders. -------------------------------- When Launch? V1, V2, V3 etc ... ? Version 1 of the Runes Rocket Room we hope to Launch sometime before this Christmas. We have the Base Room Design (See below !) and all the V1 Items chosen or created. Our developer is now hard at work organising the functionality and then the integration. As mentioned above we will launch the V1 with the most basic functionality if we don't have time to add more complicated and interactive elements. If our Dev has time we will be doing more, but our hope is to have something launched in the next 4 weeks. Also as mentioned we have left plenty of space in the room for other Runes to appear in future renditions. We have pencilled in another 15-20 Runes that could appear in a Version 2 of the Room. This second Version would depend on our devs availability so may be several months after the V1 launch. -------------------------------- That's all for now.
