She's a fake account, stealing someone else's identity. If you search through her posts, you'll see she used pictures of another girl several months ago. That girl has a large following on Instagram, so people notified her and she called it out. Then whoever runs the Nina account suddenly changed the profile picture and started posting photos of a different girl. She also has a link to her supposed employer on her page. If you search through the company's employee list, she's nowhere to be found. And on top of that, again if you look through her posts, just last year it was a mostly left wing account and now all of a sudden it's right wing. Total scam.
