Oh, the sheer brilliance of the British establishment: brushing aside the chap with the unpolished patter because he doesn’t drone on like some Oxbridge oaf with a thesaurus stuffed where the empathy ought to be. Tommy Robinson’s been yammering away about this for yonks, and—gasp of mock surprise—here we are, knee-deep in a catastrophe that’s been brewing under our very noses. One might idly speculate if we’d have cottoned on a smidge earlier without the mainstream media’s heroic efforts to dismiss, distort, and downright bury the inconvenient truths like so many embarrassing family heirlooms. But huzzah for the plucky independent media, those unsung heroes finally dragging the real story into the daylight, long after the MSM’s had their fun playing ostrich with the facts.
