🗣️"To survive, you have to learn how to see beyond the immediate threat, chaos and terror." - Lisa Temple.
Lisa and myself, like many others in recent times have walked similar paths of lawfare here in Ireland.
I echoed a similar sentiment to the one above recently when I said, "To win any war, one must truly fight it as though they are already dead."
For those of you who do not know who or what Lisa Temple story is I would urge you to pop on over to Facebook and give this incredibly brave and strong woman a follow.
She has been put through nearly two decades worth of lawfare from the legal and political apparatus.
Her Facebook page:
facebook.com/anahatalisa
Yesterday, she posted one of several very exposing videos of how An Garda Síochána operates.
Here is a short video of Lisa being forced against her will into providing a DNA sample in a Garda station, with a female Garda who is the head of the domestic violence unit, she oversaw this forced DNA sample and smirked as it happened.
Lisa's text with the video posted to Facebook:
"No Media coverage of this trial or eviction, what they did write was pure co ordinated lies, no coverage from the do called "activist" that will be looking for your votes, no coverage from the "influencers" apart from Diarmaid Ó Cadhla, Tayem Mercer, Louise McKenna, Dee Wall, Dee Dimple Dempsey. Sasha Ní HW.
Kieran Kelly, lied, Gemma O Dougherty said I was a state Plant lol, Ben Gilroy said I was mad, TD's said they were warned not to speak, nothing from the"saviour Program new parties" ... etc, all so revealing. Noting from the "women's groups" "Family law groups" paid by the state or lobbyists.
This is NOT how DNA should be taken by the way , this is a detective admitting to me that he is assaulting me using the excuse of taking DNA, it was rough it was frightening and very orally invasive, he was shaking with excitement, and full sure I would react and trigger. But I could read him much better than he could ever read me. When Iooked into his eyes I saw every dark secret he tried to hide.
Sergeant Keith Askins said under cross examination that "NEVER EVER IN HIS 17 YEAR CAREER HAD HE SEEN ANY HAVE THEIR FINGERPRINTS OR DNA TAKEN FORCEFULLY OR WITHOUT CONSENT" --- Tink about dah! All the criminals all the crimes and they did its to me, and we were the only ones that had been harmed, were vulnerable and had our dwelling and property stolen.
He said a latin phrase Fiat justitia ruat caelum - Let justice be done or the heavens fall, I responded immediately in latin to him I sad " Mundus vult decipi, ergo decipiatur... he hadn't a clue what I was saying, I thought we were having a latin conversation, but nope, he was just repeating a phrase he learned in the lodge.
You have to read the people around you, understand their motives, and recognise the larger game being played.
Imagine being trapped in your own bedroom with a broken rib, enduring an hour of intimidation and violence while your daughter stands outside , begging the two Garda for help that never comes. We had been terrorised threatened and assaulted. I had a broken rib, non one else was or even claimed to be harmed. They had NO CASE against me so they had to try to break me.
Fear fills the room, yet somehow you become the one criminalised when it is over.
You are arrested for defending yourself. At the station, the ordeal continues. You are stripped, threatened, humiliated, and subjected to endless psychological pressure and torture techniques that luckily you have the tools to recognise and hold your mind together.
Every word is scrutinised, every reaction analysed. The objective seems simple: break your resolve until you say what they want you to say.
Before court, another scene unfolds. You are placed in a vulnerable position stopped in a bathroom and unexpectedly confronted with your former partner in uniform with a purple bloated face of shame.
It feels calculated, as though someone is waiting for you to lose control. One outburst, one emotional reaction, and they would have the excuse they need to portray you as unstable and dismiss everything you have to say.
Then the evidence begins to unravel.
The weapon presented in court carries neither your DNA nor your fingerprints. The evidence bag shows that the item had been seized years earlier, raising troubling questions about how it found its way into the case. The chain of custody is unclear, and the explanations offered only deepen the mystery.
Official accounts begin to contradict one another. One officer insists he was not responsible for the arrest, while another claims that role. Statements clash. Timelines shift. Details refuse to align.
The legal foundation of the case appears equally uncertain. The order relied upon to justify key actions seems to have expired long before the events in question. Questions arise about the legitimacy of the underlying mortgage and whether the entire process was built upon flawed assumptions.
Even the trial itself leaves lingering doubts. The individuals presented as victims do not match the people you remember from that day. Faces, names, and accounts seem disconnected from the reality you experienced.
As the pressure mounts, you come to realise that survival is not about winning every argument or proving every point in the moment. It is about holding onto your understanding of the truth while navigating a system that appears determined to define it for you. With smirks and lies into your face to provoke you.
As the pressure mounts, you come to realise that survival is not about winning every argument or proving every point in the moment.
It is about holding onto your knowing and understanding of the truth while navigating a system that appears determined to define it for you.
In the end, stripped of certainty, surrounded by contradictions, and confronted by a narrative you do not recognise, you are left with one choice: endure, observe, and continue searching for the truth beneath the stories others have chosen to tell.
The media the activists those in government and those desperatly salivating to get into the next government all sign the same script when told what to report or print and/or remain silent when ordered
In the end you see everything and everyone very clearly from this position, back stage view shows the motivation behind the public performances, and you realise you were a test case, a sacrifice, used to frighten others into silence or compliance or to hand their dwellings over to "friendly vultures" your micro is mirrored nationally now in the macro."
Stay still people have discernment do not allow yourselves by triggered recruited it herded in the direction you really would never choose to go … if you knew where it was to bring you."
