How are you measuring strength improvement?
Common strength assessments include 1RM & relative squat (1RM / bodyweight). These methods are used to inform an athlete’s “strength” or force production.
However, it's also about how effectively an athlete can move the weight. Improper application of force can result in power leaks or kids who “look like Tarzan, and play like…” VBT can revolutionize strength assessment in athletes providing:
