First time running Table Saw Rapid on the Ocoee in a hard boat… and yeah, I swam 😂💦
Class IV, but there’s one key trick: hit the entrance wave (Mike Tyson) with a strong right stroke at about 45 degrees to square up with the wave.
I kept trying to roll in the trough instead of on the crest, and finally just ran out of air.
Lesson learned: tuck tight, relax for a 10-count, and let the rapid kick you out & you've got an easy roll up. (Or… just get a stronger roll 😅)

色んなヘルメットを試したけど
頭の形がAsiaモデル以外は入らなかった
SweetProtectionとかOAKLEYはキツく……結局ノーヘルに落ち着く
ゴーグルもそう、OAKLEYはきっちり閉めると顔にくい込むし、Smith良かったけど
レンズが良すぎて濃くて年々見えなくなり
落ち着いたのはGIRO

被り方や身体との相性についていうと
Sweetprotectionは中の幅が狭すぎて深く被れず、角度を適切にすると上に持ち上がった
結果この写真ではCask mistralやHJC adwattと比較し40km/hで9w程度損失しており、これはロードヘルメットのabus game changerと3w程度しか変わらない

sweetprotectionも諸経費込みで70000円台だったので妥当な価格
個人的にはハロウィンにかぶってコンビニに買い物に行くかしろさと以外では使用機会ないかなと
しろさとでもヘルメットに合ったフォームの構築はトライアスロンのジオメトリでは困難だと思っている
