I was just at a @Techcelerate event and I was talking to two people from North Wales. The 20mph limit cused bus services in Rural Wales to be scrapped. This part of the UK is served poorly to beging with. A real shocker is the train service ran by #TransportForWales. If the trains don't get cancelled, they are often late. Wales remains poor because of lack of access to transport for so many people @rorysutherland
