⚠️ This Might Be the Most Biblically Illiterate Teaching on Prophecy You’ll Ever Hear In this clip, Marc Brisebois completely reverses what Scripture teaches about testing prophecy. He claims: “Whether a prophecy comes to pass is not evidence of whether it was from the Lord. It only shows whether you believed enough.” That’s the exact opposite of what the Bible says. God’s Word is crystal clear: 📖 Deuteronomy 18:21–22 — “When a prophet speaks in the name of the LORD, if the thing does not happen or come to pass, that is the thing which the LORD has not spoken.” The Bible teaches that fulfilled accuracy is the test of a true prophecy, not the faith level of the hearer. To say otherwise shifts blame from the false prophet to the victim, making you responsible when their words fail. That’s manipulation, not revelation. Marc’s teaching denies basic biblical discernment and promotes a form of self-deception: He removes all accountability from the prophet. He contradicts God’s command to test every spirit (1 John 4:1). He redefines unbelief as the reason false prophecies fail. This is not faith; it’s spiritual gaslighting.
