🔹Intervention de Jean Michel Martin sur la question : "La construction Hors site n’est pas synonyme d’industrialisation, mais de préfabrication. Les entreprises artisanales du bâtiment pratiquent la préfabrication depuis longtemps et ont un vrai rôle à jouer dans le développement du hors site.
Cette méthode s’appuie sur des pratiques qui carbonent peu. Elle doit cependant s'inscrire dans une démarche locale ce qui correspond aux valeurs de l'artisanat du bâtiment. Malgré tout elle ne doit pas rester la seule solution."
