⚾️🎯 #PitchingPrecision with Linear Trunk Power! 🛑 The Redirecting Game: If your energy is going left but you need to throw straight, your arm’s going to have to push and redirect mid-flight, which can throw off precision and speed. ✅ Linear Trunk Logic: Here’s the secret for better pitch control: a linear trunk movement that aligns with your target. It’s not just about rotating; it’s about driving that energy straight ahead from your legs, through your trunk, and out your arm. 🚀 Energy Funnel Effect: When your trunk doesn’t over-rotate, your arm isn’t dragging or playing catch-up—it’s enhancing forward momentum. This not only improves accuracy but reduces arm stress. 💥 Precision & Health: By focusing on linear energy, your pitch gains command, and your arm stays in sync, avoiding extra strain. The result? A healthier and more accurate throw. Get your energy aligned and your pitches on point. I use step-behinds and run-and-guns. That’s what we’ve tested in terms of movement and terminology, to be the most helpful to our athletes. We ran into issues with “crow hops” because athletes will jump and send force up instead of forward.
