Padding for bust and hips. No need at all. 😂 normally women pad there to max curve instead for tightlacing but Joanna just put on a modest corset and she got ⌛️

This was my Halloween costume this year. Completely handmade in 3 days! A custom tightlacing bunny suit and devil cap, with a little silly cape. This was inspired by 50s pinup illustrations. Pattern for the cap was by on Etsy

Ironically, corsets weren't bad, save for the niche of tightlacing. Modern parenting is more restrictive.

Science HAS advanced, which is why we know they WEREN’T bad for people. The only harm came from people tightlacing for extreme fashion trends, and that wasn’t really even possible until the invention of metal grommets that could support that wear. Most women were NOT doing that
