watched youtube until 2am
woke up at 10 with a headache
literally every time i sleep past like 7am my body punishes me for it
doesn't matter if i got 8 hours
sleep past sunrise and the whole morning feels like wet concrete or something
so now i'm at my desk with gerolsteiner water and coffee trying to salvage the day
switched my schedule to a checklist instead of timeblocking
wake up whenever
work through the list
done is done
way less guilt when something runs long because you're not watching a clock count down to when you're "supposed" to be somewhere else
