Actually erasing the data takes overwriting the disk multiple times, dependent on computing power and how good of an algorithm the one trying to recover them has, though, for basic uses, 4-5 should be more than sufficient, you might want to look into how ssds work for more info

der hohe Andrang war an dem Tag aber einfach nicht da. Deutschlandweit sind ganz spontan fast alle Cloudflare basierten Services "ausgefallen" aber mitm VPN der im Falle eines normalen "Oh da is der Andrang zu hoch" Falles nicht funktionieren sollte ging es.
