It’s not wrong to make #CostReduction a key IT goal and measure it. What is wrong is failing to recognize the impact that focus has on other factors - like #UpTime, #Availability, #MeantimeBetweenFailure #TimeToResolution, not to mention #CustomerExperience and #BusinessValue
