It’s closed source, I’m afraid. But techniques for many things (eg drawing on the editor) are documented on my blog - parnassus.co/blog/ - and debugger items mostly use the debug ToolsAPI, documented through comments.

#Delphi 10.4 still installing. ToolsAPI.pas is already there. Are now interns maintaining the ToolsAPI? One of the first changes I have seen is IOTAThreadNotifier.EvaluteComplete was changed to EvaluateComplete. That must never be done unless it is a new interface in a beta!!!
